Award Policies

At IFA, we celebrate outstanding students to affirm our care for their growth, set a high bar for leadership and educational qualification, and advance human resource development. This award recognizes disciplined effort and intellectual curiosity—evidenced by academic excellence.

Who is Eligible?

All students who are enrolling in all degrees, Associate, Bachelor and Master Program

How does it work?

The recognition of outstanding students in the Associate, Bachelor's, and Master's programs is conducted twice per year: mid-year (Semester 1 Outstanding) and end-of-year (Outstanding Students of the Year).
Students who receive total grades of A+, A, B+, or B will be recognized with awards.
Awardees will be notified by IFA.
IFA hosts the Outstanding Student Award Ceremony at the end of each academic year.

Recognition & Awards

I. Semester 1 Outstanding

Master Degree

Any student who receives a total grade for the first semester of A+, A, B+, or B will receive a Pin Medal, Outstanding Certificate, and 20% discount for selected short courses.

Bachelor & Associate Degree

Any student who receives a total grade for the first semester of A+, A, B+, or B will receive a Pin Medal, and Outstanding Certificate.

II. Outstanding Students of the Year

Master Degree

M1 & M2 students (1st-year, 2nd-year)
- Total grade A+ or A: Receive a Medal, Outstanding Certificate, and 50% discount for selected short courses.
- Total grade B+ or B: Receive a Medal, Outstanding Certificate and 30% discount for selected short courses.

Bachelor Degree

Y1, Y2, or Y3 students (1st-year, 2nd-year, 3rd-year)
- Total grade A+ or A: Receive a Medal, Outstanding Certificate, and 50% tuition discount for the following year.
- Total grade B+ or B: Receive a Medal and Outstanding Certificate.
Y4 students (4th-year)
- Total grade of A+ or A: Receive a Medal, Outstanding Certificate, $200 award, and 50% tuition discount for studying MBA for 2 years.
- Total grade of B+ or B: Receive a Medal, Outstanding Certificate, and 40% discount for studying MBA for 2 years.

Associate Degree

1st-year students
- Total grade A+ or A: Receive a Medal, Outstanding Certificate, and 50% tuition discount for the following year.
- Total grade B+ or B: Receive a Medal and Outstanding Certificate.
2nd-year students
- Total grade of A+ or A: Receive a Medal, Outstanding Certificate, and a 50% tuition discount toward the Bachelor program (year 3).
- Total grade of B+ or B: Receive a Medal, and Outstanding Certificate.

Remarks:

Any Medal, Pin medal or Outstanding Certificate will have the grade displayed.
The short-course discount is valid only for 6 months from the result announcement date.
